Get out of your bed.

I know it's tricky, especially now that it's cold outside. You are comfortable under the covers but you have to ACT NOW.

Set goals.

What do you want to do? Start gym, learn a new language, search for your dream job, read books, start a new tv-show, stop smoking or drinking, WHATEVER.

Plan your day, your intentions, your "I want to do this" and finally make a progress list that will help you to succeed.

Get out of your comfort zone.

Yes, I'm not kidding, you are growing and you need to build your independence.

Stop drinking and binge eating.

Decide your "yer" or "no".

Again, what do you really want? Look in your messed up head and make order.

Don't be afraid of your emotions and feelings, other people don't really care.

Dance, be bold, make the first move, dream, be yourself, be your own hero, be your boss, be your best friend. Love yourself, love your imperfections, love your character, love your fat legs, love your soul.

Ambition is important too, because if you want something in particular you have to fight for that, you have to work hard to get what you want (self improvement is necessary).

You can learn a lot thanks to books, magazines, youtube videos, free courses, experiences, internship, inspiring people you can connect with.
